“We” (the owners, partners, affiliates and manufacturers of MojaWorks products) seek to implement sound businesses practices that protect the interests of our company and our customers.
Below, you will find some boring, but important policy statements regarding various aspects of doing business with MojaWorks, Inc.
By accessing and using this site, you signify your acceptance of these policies and agree to indemnify MojaWorks, Inc. from any and all legal action. If you do not agree with our policies or the way we do business, no one is forcing you to shop here. Although, by going elsewhere, we do believe you’d be missing out on the some of the greatest household discoveries since the infamous “sliced bread”.
We take your privacy seriously. When you voluntarily provide us with personal information, we commit to store it safely (utilizing firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection) and NOT distribute that info to any unaffiliated, third-party entities. It is important to note that we cannot warrant or insure against any breach that occurs during data transmissions such as email, phone conversation, etc. Like other retailers, we DO employ third-part payment processors. While these processing companies maintain the highest standards of privacy, we cannot warrant or insure against security breaches or other problems that may incur within their respective systems.
How We May Use Personal Information
We may use your personal information within the Company:
1) to provide you with the services and products you request
2) to answer questions about our services; billing, payment methods or use of our website
3) to process or collect payments for our services
4) to conduct customer surveys
5) to contact you about the products and services that we offer
Our site, like many other commercial sites, may use a standard technology called “cookies” to collect information in order to statistically monitor how many people are using our site and for what purpose. In most cases, you have the ability to modify your browser to either accept all cookies, notify you when a cookie is sent, or reject all cookies.

This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.
This site includes third-party reviews of products. These reviews are not the opinion of the Company and the Company is not responsible for any misrepresentations, product specifications, or other representations in these reviews. None of our products are intended to treat, cure or diagnose any medical conditions. Any statements to the contrary in any reviews are the sole opinion of the reviewer and the Company specifically disavows any such statement.
You may return most new, unopened items MojaWork’s Nutritional and MojaCare products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). MojaFiber products can be returned within 30 days of delivery if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product. There is a return/restocking fee of $4.99 on all products unless the return is a defective products or a result of our error in which case there is no fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
The above statements set forth MojaWorks policies and describe the practices that we subscribe to, in relation to users of this site, and may be updated at any time at our discretion.
